Job description

The HVAC Residential Service Technician will independently service central air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and furnaces across multiple nearby cities and local neighborhoods. This role involves a high level of direct customer interaction, focusing on delivering excellent service while performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on residential HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on central air conditioning, heat pumps, and furnace systems
  • Deliver high-quality customer service during all service calls
  • Replace HVAC parts as needed to restore system functionality
  • Document all service activities and parts used accurately
  • Manage time effectively to cover multiple service locations within the designated area
