Responsibilities

· Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.

· Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, thermostats, and electrical components.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during installations and repairs.

· Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.

· Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

· Collaborate with other technicians as needed for complex projects.



Requirements:

Skills

· Ability to drive a van for transportation to job sites safely.

· Knowledge of HVAC design principles is beneficial.
