This is not basic commercial HVAC - this is industrial-scale, high-stakes equipment that keeps our operations moving 24/7.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain, repair, and optimize industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, RTUs, and plant-wide ventilation systems
  • Install, inspect, and service industrial piping systems - steam, process water, chilled water, compressed air, and chemical-resistant lines
  • Safely execute repairs, upgrades, and fixture replacements across the facility
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to keep equipment at peak reliability
  • Diagnose root causes on mechanical, electrical, and control components
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to support continuous improvement and maximum equipment uptime
  • Respond to plant needs with urgency, accuracy, and a solutions-first mindset
  • Support chillers and auxiliary systems during startups, shutdowns, and seasonal transitions
  • Work hands-on with boilers, pumps, valves, blowers, and industrial ventilation systems
  • Maintain impeccable documentation - you know your work matters to reliability, safety, and audits

What You Bring
  • 5 years of Industrial HVAC experience - manufacturing, chemical, aerospace, or large-scale utilities environment preferred
  • Proven ability working with:
    • Chillers
    • Cooling towers
    • Heat exchangers
    • High-tonnage refrigeration
    • Industrial ventilation systems
  • Plumbing or Pipefitter license strongly preferred (we love multi-skilled technicians)
  • Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and equipment schematics
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting instinct - you don't guess, you diagnose
  • Experience in lockout/tagout, safety procedures, and working within regulated industrial environments
  • Forklift experience a plus
