Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and system inspections to ensure proper operation.
  • Accurately document service activities, materials used, and customer interactions.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding system status, repair options, and recommendations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism on every job site.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid NYS Driver's License (clean driving record).
  • EPA 608 Certification required.
