Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Install Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge of the HVAC industry from experienced professionals while building a long-term career with a company that invests in its employees. As an HVAC Installer Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to assist with the installation of residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will receive hands-on training while developing the technical skills necessary to become a skilled HVAC professional.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and related equipment
  • Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
  • Learn to read specifications and installation instructions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with system startups and basic testing
  • Assist with installation of duct work, refrigerant lines, gas piping, electrical connections, and condensate drainage
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and management

Qualifications
  • HVAC trade school experience is a plus but not required
  • 0-3 years of experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
