The role determines training objectives, and assesses technical needs through surveys, interviews with employees, and consultation with managers. The trainer role requires technical expertise, excellent customer service, strong problem solving skills, ability to address and complete customer concerns and the concerns of our HVAC technicians in a timely manner.
