Service HVAC Supervisor (South – Harrisonburg)Ready to lead a high-performing HVAC service team?

As our Service HVAC Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC Service team, provide technical guidance and coaching, support customer relationships, and work closely with leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on both your team and our customers.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support the daily operations of the HVAC Service team
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to technicians
  • Coach, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians and apprentices
  • Conduct jobsite visits, quality inspections, and performance coaching
  • Coordinate with dispatch, project managers, and service coordinators to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and technician development
  • Promote safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement throughout the department
What We're Looking For:
  • Extensive commercial HVAC experience with strong technical knowledge
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience reading plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile technology, and web-based systems
  • Virginia and/or West Virginia Master Tradesman licenses preferred
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Typical schedule averages 42–45 hours per week
  • Additional hours, weekends, travel, and after-hours support may be required
  • Paid weekly every Thursday
Pay:
  • Competitive salary based on experience: $37- $45
