You'll perform routine maintenance-like filter changes and coil cleanings to keep systems running efficiently. You'll also repair and maintain appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers, and install or replace HVAC components, including thermostats, condensers, and compressors.You'll follow our proven 12‑Step Process to deliver the Ultimate Service Call experience, helping you consistently meet weekly KPIs and performance goals. Throughout the day, you'll document your findings, communicate clearly with customers, collaborate with teammates when needed, and work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.In order to do this, you'll need the following:Valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfort working at heightsPreferred qualifications:2+ years of HVAC or related experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC systems and componentsExperience with appliance repair and maintenanceSCHEDULE FOR OUR HVAC TECHNICIAN:Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PMOvertime availableOn‑call rotationService area within a 40‑mile radius of our shop at 4730 E M‑36, Pinckney, MI 48169BE OUR NEW HVAC TECHNICIAN!If you can meet the qualifications listed above, we want you to grow with us.
