Job description

HVAC Estimator los Angeles, CA As a fast growing mechanical company. We are currently in need of a HVAC Estimator. The ideal applicant should have 5 or more years of HVAC experience and located in the California area.

Responsibilities for HVAC Estimator: Read AutoCAD Drawings. Prepare mechanical estimate take-offs. Review Sub-contractor estimates and quotes.

Build Conceptual Estimates. Identify and communicate conflicts and errors in estimates. Visit with clients, general contractors and engineers.

Look for value engineering opportunities. Train junior estimators. Requirements for HVAC Estimator: 5 or more years of HVAC experience.

5 or more years of Estimating experience. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or similar. Quickpen.

BlueBeam. Strong computer and communication skills. Knowledge of OSHPD and CA building codes.
