Job description

We are a large growing mechanical contractor in California that works on many of California's biggest and best mechanical projects. This is a full-time position with: great benefits, retirement package, and with plenty of room for career growth. We are planning to hire California's best and brightest HVAC Project Managers in the near future.

Responsibilities: Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors. Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC's and Owners. Find, Estimate and Manage Commercial HVAC Construction Projects; schedule, billings, submittals, RFI's & change orders, select and monitor subs.

Meet and coordinate with Owners, General Contractors, and Sub contractors. As well as communicating with Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, QA, and helpers in the field. Requirements: Local Stable work-history.

5+ years of experience working for a Mechanical (hvac) Contractor. Strong knowledge in State HVAC Codes, BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen / Accubid preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering and/or prior field experience preferred.
