What You'll Do
  • Install HVAC systems on residential and commercial projects
  • Complete system replacements, upgrades, and new installations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
  • Ensure systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications, code requirements, and company quality standards
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and help resolve field challenges
  • Maintain accurate documentation of materials, labor, and completed work
  • Anticipate material needs and communicate shortages before they impact production
  • Help organize jobsite workflow, materials, and equipment
  • Support apprentices through hands-on training and mentorship

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in active construction environments
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Minimum age of 18
