Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Cleveland, TN

Perfection Group is hiring skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to support customers in Cleveland, Chattanooga, and the surrounding areas.

We’re looking for experienced technicians who take pride in solving problems, communicating well with customers, and delivering safe, high-quality work. You’ll service a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems while receiving paid drive time, a company vehicle, major tools, and continued technical training and support.

What You’ll Do
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumps
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues
  • Identify necessary repairs, obtain replacement parts, and calibrate equipment according to manufacturer recommendations
  • Explain equipment conditions, recommended solutions, and next steps clearly to customers
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Travel to customer locations throughout Cleveland, Chattanooga, and the surrounding service area
  • Coordinate with dispatch and communicate schedule changes or delays promptly
  • Document service calls and resolutions accurately using company software and applications
  • Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, company vehicle, tools, and assigned equipment
  • Build positive working relationships with customers, leadership, and teammates
