Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Install new HVAC equipment and systems according to industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and questions with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of "hands on" experience in HVAC service and repair.
  • Valid EPA certifications/cards..
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • A MA Oil Burner License/Certification is a plus*
