Duties of the HVAC Technician include:

  • Professional interaction with customers, Teamwork, diagnosing, repairing, and replacement of residential and commercial hvac equipment.

Responsibilities:

Interact professionally with customers

Provide accurate diagnosis on hvac systems

Perform system repairs or replacements as needed

Work independently or as a team as needed

Professionalism, integrity, competency

  • Example: Diagnose system failure, provide cost estimate to customer, provide timely and accurate repairs/replacement, accurately complete work order for billing, ensure jobsite is neat and clean @ conclusion of work.

Requirements:

Maine propane/natural gas license

Large equipment connection (preferred)

Tank setter/piping (preferred)

Maine oil Journeyman license (preferred)

Epa 608 certification

Clean driving record

Minimum 3-5 years' experience (preferred)

Candidates with verifiable consistent relevant work history will be given priority consideration.
