Perfection Group is looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to join our established Nashville team.

We're searching for a collaborative leader who communicates exceptionally well, understands commercial HVAC equipment and installation, and takes ownership of delivering quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.

This role is for someone who enjoys being connected to the work and the people doing it. You'll build trusted relationships with customers, communicate proactively with internal and external partners, support the team in the field, and help solve challenges as they arise. When important project work requires evening or weekend support, you'll be there alongside the team.
