At B&C Mechanical Services, we're looking for a Commercial HVAC Installer with 4-6 years of experience to join our growing team. Since 2004, B&C Mechanical has built a reputation throughout the Kansas City area for quality commercial HVAC installations, integrity, and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do
As a Commercial HVAC Installer, you'll work alongside experienced professionals installing and servicing a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
  • Install commercial HVAC equipment on new construction and remodel projects
  • Install and assist with:
    • Rooftop units
    • Split systems
    • VRF/VRV systems
    • Ductwork
    • Refrigerant piping
    • Condensate systems
    • Venting and gas piping
    • HVAC controls and accessories
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
  • Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and fellow team members
  • Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and professional job site
  • Represent B&C Mechanical with professionalism and integrity
  • Deliver a high level of workmanship and customer service
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installation practices
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to safely lift equipment and work in construction environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • EPA Certification
  • Preferably OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
  • Experience with VRF/VRV systems
  • Sheet metal installation experience
  • Startup and commissioning experience
