We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who excels in customer service, is a skilled problem solver, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a positive, self-motivated team player. What You'll Do:
  • Install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, duct systems, and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.) for residential customers.
  • Lead, mentor, and train HVAC installers and apprentices, ensuring high-quality and efficient installations.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and answering questions throughout the installation process.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, adhering to local building codes and regulations.
  • Test and inspect HVAC systems after installation to confirm proper functioning.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues during or after installation.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order and properly maintained.

What You Need:
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
  • Proficiency in installing and maintaining HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork.
  • Relevant certifications (EPA, NATE, etc.) preferred.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
