REQUIREMENTS:
  • Solid technical aptitude and HVAC basics understanding
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and in tight crawl spaces
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

While no experience is needed, we encourage candidates to have a strong mechanical aptitude. If you have EPA certification, fantastic - if not, we'll help you get it! Being NATE certified is a plus, but not a requirement.
