Polestar Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is growing fast, and we’re looking for a data-driven and performance-minded HVAC Service Manager who can lead our service team with precision, accountability, and high-performance energy. If you excel at coaching technicians, analyzing KPIs, and driving revenue and customer satisfaction, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC service technicians to hit (and exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Own and improve team performance in key metrics such as:
    • Revenue per Tech / per Day
    • Average Ticket & Close Rate
    • Membership Conversions & Renewals
    • Recall Percentage
    • Customer Satisfaction / Google Reviews
  • Run daily huddles, ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure technicians follow Polestar processes, pricing, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor dispatch board, capacity, call flow, job accuracy, and profitability.
  • Partner with leadership to set monthly goals, adjust KPIs, and implement performance plans.
  • Ensure proper training on diagnostics, communication, customer experience, and service-based selling.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, growth-oriented team culture.
