We specialize in helping technicians transition into engaging educators. Bring your passion for the industry and help shape the next generation of HVAC professionals!
Key Requirements for HVAC Instructors
  • 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience
  • EPA 608 certification (required within first 3 months)
  • OSHA 30 certification (required within first 3 months)
  • Universal EPA 608 Refrigerant Recovery License
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Great communication skills
  • Proficient in technology
  • Teaching experience is a plus
