Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for their Rochester, NY team. The Commercial Service Technician will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our clients.

Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
  • EPA – Universal Certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license / clean driving record required
  • OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred


Responsibilities:

  • Service all HVAC equipment according to an established service schedule
  • Ensure that all work is completed within company standards and within acceptable time frames
  • Troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems on-site
  • Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
  • Responsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policy
  • Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service
  • Follow all company safety procedures, as well as any job site-specific safety procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your manager(s)

The starting base range for this position is $38.00-45.00 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
