Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling is a fast-growing company serving the Davidsonville and Anne Arundel County area since 2001. We're looking for a motivated HVAC Install Helper who wants to build real skills, work alongside experienced technicians, and take advantage of clear advancement opportunities.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on your previous HVAC schooling or install helper experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (some Saturdays may be required during peak seasons)

What You'll Do:

Assist our experienced installation team with the professional installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems. You'll help deliver clean, high-quality work that gives our customers an outstanding experience every time.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous HVAC Technical School training or prior experience working as an HVAC Install Helper (highly valued)

  • Energetic personality with a positive, team-player attitude
  • Well-organized and able to work independently when needed
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Universal EPA Certification (preferred)
  • 2 years of install experience (highly preferred, but not required if you have schooling or helper experience)
