Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Duties

  • Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
  • Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper installation and repair of equipment.
  • Perform equipment repairs as needed, ensuring all work meets safety standards.
  • Operate company vehicles for transportation to job sites; valid driver's license required.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Experience

  • Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC installation and repair.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
