EXAMPLES OF IMPORTANT AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Maintain HVAC equipment.-Boilers, Furnace's, Air Conditioner's, Geothermal Heatpump's, Ice Machine's, Commercial Freezer's/Cooler's etc...

• Inspect HVAC systems to identify maintenance needs, residential and commercial applications.

• Ability to communicate well with co-workers, customers and management.

• Ability to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Training - Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by Trade School attendance and completion or other training or experience, in the electrical, maintenance, refrigeration, heating, cooling or related field.
