Job description

What Drives Success

Lennox AES has immediate positions available for a Commercial HVAC installer. An HVAC Installer works under the guidance of experienced HVAC technicians, Foremen, and Journeymen to learn and assist in the replacement and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on Commercial buildings.

60-70 hour work weeks

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

  • Assist in the installation and replacement of commercial HVAC systems. 
  • Ability to travel throughout the U.S. on 3-to-4-week deployment cycles
  • Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues. 
  • Perform routine tasks, such as changing filters and cleaning ducts. 
  • Help in the installation of HVAC components, including wiring and electrical connections. 
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. 
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects under the supervision of more senior employees. 
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. 
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
What We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 year of experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units, adapter curbs, HVAC electrical knowledge and construction safety.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $23 - $38/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 10 days paid time off, 10 paid holidays.
