We're looking for your WHY:
Bring your perspective and help us remain the progressive company we've been for over 300 years. We learn from each other and grow together - guided by our values: BOLD (brave), DEDICATED (committed), and CARE (caring).

The Husqvarna Group is one of the world's oldest start-ups and the largest manufacturer of motor-powered equipment for forestry, landscaping, gardening, and light construction. Our products solve everyday problems - while also being part of something bigger. Because we constantly ask ourselves:

A pioneering spirit, a drive for innovation, and people like you make it possible.

We are seeking a Project Manager / Product Owner (m/f/d) to lead initiatives focused on AI-driven content creation, supporting the generation of text, images, and videos for both internal and external use across Husqvarna group. This position plays a key role in ensuring that AI solutions are effectively implemented - from ideation to value realization - creating measurable value by streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and transforming the way we work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Backlog Prioritization: Own and manage the use case backlog for GenAI solutions, prioritizing features and improvements based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact

  • Roadmap Ownership: Oversee, manage and evaluate all AI initiatives / tools related to GenAI across Husqvarna group, ensuring successful outcomes and integration with existing systems (e.g., CMS, PIM, DAM)

  • Driving Adoption: Encourage adoption by organizing workshops and training sessions that inform employees about developments in AI, effective content creation uses, and relevant benefits and challenges. Promote teamwork by facilitating the exchange of best practices among various departments

  • Value Realization: Coordinate the value realization plan, define and track KPIs, and report on status, issues, risks, and business impact

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Ensure transparency and collaboration between business and IT, including Marketing, E-Commerce, and other content-intensive teams

  • Reporting: Conduct regular reporting on AI activities and the maturity of GenAI solutions to relevant stakeholders and management

Your Profile:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Media Design, Content Production, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with a digital focus, or similar)

  • Broad experience in managing projects that involve IT interfaces; international and group-wide experience is a strong advantage

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive engagement and alignment across business, IT and data functions through a structured approach.

  • Proven experience in transforming business requirements into product roadmaps, user stories and measurable outcomes.

  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.

  • Strong experience in digital content creation and/or digital Marketing, including understanding of content production processes across channels and markets.

  • Strong affinity for AI technologies and their practical applications in content creation, Marketing, Sales and other business areas.

  • Experience working with agile development methodologies and roadmap ownership (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Our promise to you

Become part of a team that is passionate about its work, proud of its history, and curious about the future. We are looking for opportunities to grow - and we want to do it together with you. We're already looking forward to your ideas for new ways of working, methods, initiatives, and approaches.
