Job description

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of outside sales experience with a track record as a successful hunter, demonstrated by bringing on new customers and organically growing a territory with plant leadership in the petrochemical, refining and specialty chemical markets in the Texas Coastal Bend Area from Alvin to Corpus Christi.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for customer success, a deep understanding of the industrial services market, and strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in spreadsheets and business productivity tools is essential.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at solving problems, can manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and solutions based on client needs.
  • Proactively communicate client feedback, requirements, and expectations to internal teams.
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics, such as revenue, margin, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, safety personnel, etc.) to meet client objectives.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in business development efforts to expand relationships and uncover new prospects.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and project progress.
  • Manage multiple client projects concurrently, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
