Job description

SCOPE OF WORK: Work will consist of assisting in supervision of all job responsibilities including estimating, material expediting, profit & loss statements, paper flow, purchasing, vendor / employee relations and customer relations. This position exists for individuals with at least 5 years field experience and some project management experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform tasks under direct supervision of Project Manager. Be able to read and interpret blueprints, assist in cost estimates of material and labor from jobsite visits & drawings. This employee should have knowledge of other trades and how to coordinate their work with our scope, as well as knowledge of electrical/mechanical construction. Be familiar with code authorities’ requirements; must be able to convey information to field via verbal and written communication; must be knowledgeable of company policy and procedures.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· LICENSES - Current Driver's License and have own transportation, May be required to maintain an applicable state license.

· EDUCATION - High School Graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent training

· EXPERIENCE – Has 5 years of field experience, and / or some project manager experience.

· CERTIFICATIONS – Completion of OSHA 10 hour course, current certification in CPR First Aid. No moving violations and or no DWI’s within the last 3 years.

H&A requires you have a valid Driver’s License, HS diploma or GED or Journeyman's License, and applicants must pass a Hair Analysis 90 day Drug Screen. You must also have reliable transportation.
