Play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support across Quebec by ensuring employees and managers are guided through critical life moments with care, compliance, and expertise.


Your Impact

Serve as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers

Coordinate and administer maternity, parental, adoption, and related leaves

Interpret and apply Quebec legislation and QPIP requirements

Manage complex leave cases in collaboration with Payroll and Benefits

Prepare and review HR documentation and system updates

Ensure accuracy of employee records and legal compliance

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience


The Skills That Set You Apart

Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field

4+ years of HR coordination or operations experience

2+ years managing complex parental leave cases in Quebec

Strong knowledge of Quebec employment standards and QPIP

Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $60,100 - $79,600 
MB & ON: $54,800 - $75,400 
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $54,200 - $72,000
