Join Collaborative Robotics as a Robotics Assistant and play a key role in supporting AI data collection efforts, contributing directly to the development and improvement of next-generation collaborative mobile robots alongside an innovative team.

Collaborative Robotics is a team of innovators and builders redefining the future of human-robot interaction. We are working to realize a world where robots are a trusted extension of your surroundings. They work, adapt, and react around you. Not the other way around.
This role is based at our Seattle, WA office. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
We are looking to fill this role as soon as possible.
The role may be part-time or full-time, with working hours between 9 AM and 5 PM PT, Monday through Friday, depending on the candidate's availability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and manage AI data collection processes to ensure accurate, high-quality data is gathered across all setups.
  • Learn from engineers across AI, software, test, mechanical, electrical, and related disciplines.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older. This is an ideal role for recent STEM university graduates, incoming college freshmen enrolled in a STEM-related degree program, or graduating high school seniors (Class of 2026).
  • Demonstrated interest in robotics and engineering through school, personal projects, clubs (FIRST, VEX, Science Olympiad, etc.), or hobby work
  • Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with others
  • Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Seattle, WA.
  • Must have reliable transportation to the Seattle, WA office onsite.
  • Must have and maintain US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in robotics or engineering through school projects, personal builds, or clubs like FIRST, VEX, or Science Olympiad
  • Software engineering classwork completed

Compensation:
This robotics assistant full-time role is paid hourly at $22/hr.
