InterDent Service Corporation is a scaled, multi-state dental support organization (DSO) that provides centralized, non-clinical management and administrative services to affiliated dental practices. As CHRO, you will own the full people strategy for a complex, multi-brand, multi-state organization at a pivotal stage of growth. You'll work directly alongside the executive team to build the culture, structure, and talent engine that allows InterDent to become the employer of choice across every market we serve.
This role is based in Vancouver, WA or El Segundo, CA, with regular travel to the alternate location and occasional field travel across our network.
