Job description

SUMMARY
The Manager, HC Workforce Technology & Analytics will be an integral role within Welltower's Human Capital team. This role leads the design, integration, and evolution of our people systems ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, and workforce planning platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of workforce data, enabling reliable reporting and analytics, and aligning workforce actuals with planning models. The role will support data-driven decision-making across Human Capital, Finance, and business leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the day-to-day operations, compliance, reporting, and functionality of entire HC technology ecosystem, including but not limited to UKG, UTM, Anaplan, Workvivo, Payfactors, and Perceptyx. Serve as the HC lead on other shared ownership systems: JIRA, Concur, and Fidelity.
  • Define system architecture, including upstream/downstream data flows and system boundaries.
  • Partner with IT and Software Engineering to design and maintain integrations across HC technology that align with overall Welltower technology strategy.
  • Ensure all systems are administered in compliance with regulations. This includes oversight of all compliance filings, reports, and audits related to the administration of data either directly or through vendor/partners.
  • Serve as primary owner of workforce planning models, tools, integrations
  • Ensure alignment and governance of HC data across all systems through establishment and enforcement of data standards and definitions.
  • Monitor integration health and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Design scalable workflows across the employee lifecycle and workforce planning cycles.
  • Identify and eliminate manual processes through automation and system enhancements.
  • Enable accurate reporting through data accessibility and structure
  • Lead all HC related system implementations and enhancements
  • Drive adoption of systems, reporting tools, and workforce planning processes

OTHER DUTIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • 6- 10 years of progressive experience in Human Capital systems, workforce planning or people analytics
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g. UKG, Workday, ICIMS)
  • Experience with workforce planning tools and headcount forecasting systems
  • Strong understanding of system integrations
  • Strong data governance, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's and relevant certifications strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing vendors, RFP processes, and implementations.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
