This is a full-time in person position!

A Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional Assistant (or QDDP Assistant) is responsible for providing assistance to the Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professionals.

General Responsibilities:

Reviewing/Emailing weekly note reports to providers

Reviewing documentation from DBHDS licensed providers

Creating a weekly note report based off of the information and documentation provided

Preparing paperwork for QDDPs, prior to meetings

Ensuring client folders have correct information in them before the QDDP meetings

Entering plans into Electronic Health Records for providers

Requesting documents from Family/Individual/Support Coordinator

Maintaining open communication with providers regarding missing documentation & billable notes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Time Management

Effective Written and oral skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualifications:

Former DSP Lead/DSP experience preferred

Previous HIPAA/Human Rights experience preferred

Desired Experience: 1-3 years preferred, all will be considered
