Job description

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruiting and staffing function to include managing open position requisitions, job posting, recruitment, advertising, and sourcing of candidates. Updates job descriptions as needed.
  • Assists with benefits administration and FMLA/LOA processing.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR functions to include employee/labor relations, recruitment, training, licensing, disciplinary action, performance management, data entry, filing, and terminations.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and organizes other company training and development programs.
  • Maintains human resource information system and compiles reports from the database. Enters employee source data and documentation into the human resources system and manual personnel files.
  • Responsible for ensuring full compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission requirements
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Assists in conducting employee/labor relations investigations
  • Assists in providing performance management guidance to property leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation consistent with policies, and State and Federal regulations
  • Coordinate property-wide communication initiatives and efforts
  • Assists with design and execution of engagement, wellness and retention events, to include back of house branding initiatives
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs
  • Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality in all actions and duties
  • Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's Kansas City Casino and departmental management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
    • Ability to work with various levels of the organization to develop and influence the culture

      Target Salary Range: $24 - $27 (DOE)
