DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND SCOPE:
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Acts as assistant and coordinator to Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Deliver and organize communication between office and production
  • General clerical duties including photocopying and scanning
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Maintains projects and process requests
  • Documents HR department SOP's
  • Maintain Recruiting Reports
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Miscellaneous projects and duties as requested by Supervisors
  • Cover receptionist duties such as daily visitors and distractions when needed
