If youre ready to make a lasting impact and champion growth, safety, wellness, and satisfaction, this is the opportunity for you!Key ResponsibilitiesHR Leadership and Supervision: Manage, direct, and supervise HR staff and activities to align with the facility's mission and initiatives.Compliance Oversight: Ensure HR operations comply with federal, state, corporate policies, and accrediting body standards, including maintaining accurate personnel records and conducting required background checks.Employee Relations and Development: Oversee employee relations programs, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and supervisory training, while also reviewing and directing staff development and training initiatives.Recruitment and Staffing: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting efforts, coordinate career fairs, and manage staffing matrix/position control and open requisitions in the ATS.Workplace Engagement: Promote HR support and engagement by visiting departments and individuals served areas to provide informal discussions and human resources assistance.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation:Required: Bachelors degree in human resources or related field.Experience:Required: Six (6) years in Human Resources with demonstrated experience leading or supervising a small team.Required: Three (3) years supervisory experience.Required: Experience working with an HR Information System (HRIS) and/or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Preferred: Experience managing human resources within an in-patient mental health facility or hospital.Preferred: Experience with healthcare regulatory agencies.
