Job description

HR Consultant

Location:  Phoenix, AZ, 85007 (Hybrid)

6 Months Contract

Rate: $38/Hour on W2

95% Remote, 5% Onsite

 
 
Local Only Candidates
Candidates must be local at time of submission, and available for in person interviews within 1 week of the posting close date.
Candidates must also be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made.

 

Job Description:

Position Description 

95% Remote, 5% Onsite - this role will be required to come onsite for NEOs (though, this is a rotating schedule, and they will not need to be onsite for every orientation). This schedule will be worked out once the candidate is hired.

 
Required Skills - Knowledge of Google Suite, HR practices and employment laws, conducting ER related investigations, reviewing ER matters, familiarity with FMLA, ADA, etc.
Must have 4+ years of experience in HR practices/ER investigations.
 
Preferred Skills - bachelor's degree, certifications listed on the job description
 
This is a VERY hands-on role, as this employee will be tasked with other administrative duties as necessary as well.
