Human resources project managers oversee projects within the human resources department, though these projects may affect other departments in the company and require their participation. In this role, your job duties include establishing and managing the budget of the project, setting deadlines and timeline, coordinating the schedule of staff and vendors involved, and monitoring the project’s progress from start to finish. Job DescriptionThis position is on-site and located in Hazleton, PA.
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented HR Generalist to support daily Human Resources operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for onboarding, employee benefits support, benefits billing and reporting, HR project administration, and providing responsive support to employees and managers.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal direction while managing multiple priorities. This individual should possess strong follow-through, sound judgment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
This role requires a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with employee interaction and operational support.
