What is human resources performance management?

Human Resources Performance Management is a process used by organizations to assess and improve employee performance in alignment with company goals. The process typically includes goal setting, performance appraisals, and ongoing communication between employees and managers.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in human resources performance management?
