The HR Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day people and process management of the HR Operations team dedicated to either the HR General or Onboarding workstreams. The role will also be focused on delivering on project initiatives, providing consultative internal client support, and implementing best practices and process improvements.
This is a full time, hybrid HR Operations Supervisor role located in Brentwood, TN.
What You'll Do
• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a team of HR Operations Coordinators focused on either HR General or Onboarding workstreams.
• Manages an active caseload for their assigned area and functions as the Tier 2 escalation point for their team.
• Partners with the Manager, HR Operations on the development and implementation of operational training for the team.
• Manages the growth and maintenance of the HR knowledge base for their respective area or responsibility.
• Tactical lead for the HR Ops audit process including client specific requests and legal requirements.
• Works closely with the Manager, HR Operations to ensure that metrics and objectives are established and accurately tracked.
• Identifies, documents and implements best practices for assigned areas.
• Leads, assists and / or is responsible for special projects as assigned.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience
• Experience and working knowledge of HRIS and / or Payroll systems
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and multitask
• Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong detail orientation and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated understanding of the importance of partnership, collaboration, and shared resources with team members at all levels
