Job description

As the sole HR Manager reporting directly to the HR Director, you will lead all facets of human resources within the organization. Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition and retention, employee development and training, payroll management, and fostering employee engagement. You will utilize UKG Pro to streamline HR operations and drive strategic initiatives that support workforce planning and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively
  • Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and professional development activities
  • Monitor workforce planning and HR strategy implementation
  • Administer payroll processes utilizing UKG Pro software
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems, especially UKG Pro
  • Payroll management expertise
