Overview

The candidate will assist the expatriate management team to ensure the timely deliverable of tremendous workload and serve as a backup for the function.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with supervisor to monitor and implement expatriate management process, including recruiting, on boarding, promotion, transferring and returning;
  • Monitor and ensure the maintenance of expatriates' legal status in the U.S., and assist expatriates with all applications, extensions or renewals for passports, visas, etc.;
  • Provide service to expatriates regarding their cultural adaptation and safety in U.S., such as mentoring program, emergency card, etc.;
  • Prepare the official letters, reports and other paperwork in Chinese and submit to HO;
  • Analyze and evaluate the Bank's expatriates' turnovers and demands;
  • Maintain and update the monthly Chinese staff list and report to HO quarterly;
  • Participate and/or manage ad-hoc projects on an as needed basis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related area.
Pay Range

Actual salary is commensurate with candidate's relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
