We are seeking a high-potential, recent MBA graduate to join our People team as anย HR and AI Transformation Analyst. This is a hands-on, high-exposure role designed for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of HR, technology, analytics, and AI-driven business transformation.

This individual will help reimagine how HR operates by identifying inefficiencies, building automation solutions, deploying AI tools, and improving the way people data is used to drive decisions across the enterprise.

What Youโ€™ll Do

ย 

HR Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Map current HR processes and identify friction points, bottlenecks, and manual work.
  • Support redesigning end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (hire to retire).
  • Partner with HR leaders to simplify and standardize workflows.
  • Help implement โ€œbetter, faster, lighterโ€ operating models.

AI & Automation in HR

  • Identify practical AI use cases across recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, employee support, and analytics.
  • Experiment with generative AI tools to reduce manual HR work.
  • Support building lightweight automation using tools like workflow platforms, low-code/no-code solutions, or HR tech capabilities.
  • Help create responsible AI guidelines for HR use cases.

People Analytics & Insights

  • Build dashboards and reporting that help leaders understand workforce trends.
  • Analyze data related to turnover, hiring, engagement, labor cost, and productivity.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
  • Help democratize access to workforce data.

Technology Enablement

  • Partner with HRIS and IT teams to improve system usage and adoption.
  • Identify gaps in existing HR technology stack and propose improvements.
  • Support rollout of new HR tools and digital capabilities.

Project Support & Execution

  • Support cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Help manage workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare leadership updates and project summaries.
  • Drive execution on defined AI and automation pilots.
