Job Title : HR Assistant
Department : HR
Job Summary:
Apex Systems is looking for a temporary employee to help our client transition hard copies of employee files to electronic files.This project is very repetitive, and tasks based.Ideal candidate will have had previous experience with high volume scanning and has solid technical skills. This is a 5 day/week, onsite role.
NOTE: The expected duration of this project is 1-2 months, but that could change.Only candidates who can commit to duration of the project will be seriously considered.
Key responsibilities:

  • Scan all active employee hard copy files (approx. 500) to a shared drive
  • Upload into our Document Manager system
  • Build the electronic file following guidelines outlined in our employee records policy
  • Shred/dispose of hard files when appropriate

Skills/experience:
  • Legal admin/paralegal background (may be a good fit)
  • Prior HR experience a plus
  • Experience with high volume scanning
  • Intermediate technical/computer skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable performing repetitive administrative tasks
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion
  • Reliability and dependability are a must
  • Professional appearance
