📢 NOW HIRING – DATA ENTRY / HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE STAFF

Paramount Home Health Care is looking for a reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Data Entry / Human Resources Office Staff member to join our growing team in Brooksville, Florida.

📍 Location: Brooksville, FL 🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM 🍽️ Break: 30-minute unpaid lunch break 💼 Position: Full-Time, In-Office

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate and timely data entry

Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding caregivers and nurses

Review new-hire applications and ensure required documents are complete

Maintain organized employee personnel files

Track employee credentials, licenses, certifications, background screenings, and expiration dates

Assist with Level 2 background screening and employment verification

Enter and update employee and client information in agency systems

Scan, upload, copy, organize, and electronically file documents

Make and receive professional phone calls with employees, applicants, clients, and healthcare professionals

Send professional emails and follow up with applicants and employees

Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information

Assist management with other administrative and HR duties as needed

Qualifications

Strong computer and data-entry skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and PDF documents

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Professional communication and telephone skills

Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare office

Dependable, punctual, and able to work consistently Monday through Friday

Previous HR, healthcare, home health, or medical office experience is preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
