Job description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced HR Technology & Innovation Specialist for a contract opportunity with a leading Boise-area organization.

This role will partner with HR and IT teams to manage, enhance, and optimize HR technology systems and processes. Responsibilities include system administration, upgrades, integrations, security, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and process improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain HR technology systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Partner with HR and IT on technology initiatives and requirements.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide training and support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection requirements.
  • Evaluate technology trends and vendor solutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of HR technology administration experience.

Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience required.

ADP Payroll and UKG Timekeeping strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of HR system configuration, data security, reporting, and analytics.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
