Job description

As a Human Resource / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for supporting all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, policy administration, performance management, and compliance. This role
works closely with leadership and store management to help build strong teams and maintain a positive workplace
culture.
What You'll Do as a Human Resource / Talent Acquisition Specialist:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting and hiring processes
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork
  • Support employee relations and assist with conflict resolution
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Assist with performance management and corrective action processes
  • Support payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems as needed
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and training materials
  • Partner with store leadership to improve staffing and retention
  • Track hiring metrics, turnover, and recruiting performance
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company communication
  • Support audits, background checks, drug screening, and onboarding compliance

What we are Looking for:
  • Previous Human Resources experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, and employment practices
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
