This role works closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain system performance, resolve issues, and strengthen the overall use of workforce technology. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with enterprise HR platforms, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to data quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support core HR technology platforms, including Oracle, Taleo, and related applications, to ensure stable and effective system performance.

• Investigate system, process, and data issues, then deliver timely resolution or coordinate with IT and external partners when escalation is needed.

• Maintain employee and organizational data by performing audits, validating transactions, and monitoring records for accuracy, security, and policy compliance.

• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports that help HR leaders and business partners make informed workforce decisions.

• Assist with system configuration updates, workflow improvements, security access maintenance, and organizational structure changes within HR applications.

• Participate in testing efforts for enhancements, upgrades, and implementations, including user acceptance testing and documentation of results.

• Create and maintain process guides, user instructions, and system documentation to support consistent HR operations and knowledge sharing.

• Provide functional support and training to end users by answering questions related to HR data, reporting, and system processes.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, technology projects, compliance reviews, and data governance activities that strengthen HR service delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or support of enterprise human resources systems.
• Proven experience working with Oracle-based HR systems; exposure to Taleo and Oracle Cloud is highly valued.
• Strong ability to analyze HR data, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain high standards for data integrity and confidentiality.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with system testing, user acceptance testing, process documentation, and cross-functional project support.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence is required.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or a comparable credential is preferred.
