Human Resource Coordinator

• Creation of reqs in our Taleo applicant tracking system • Handles new hire paperwork and onboarding processes • Processes termination paperwork • Assists with new-employee orientations. • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks. • Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HR IS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process. • Performs HR IS data entry and personnel file maintenance. • Coordinates and performs all administrative duties relating to Workday pre-employment paperwork (drug testing, background checks) etc • Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures. • Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions. • Conducts audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs and recommends corrective action. • Completes all filing requirements needed for good record keeping. • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process. • Assists with benefit administration and reconciles benefit statements. • Advises on provisions to minimize safety risks • Assists accident investigation procedures as needed • Keeps records of safety-related incidents and proposes corrective actions • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR. • Assists the manager with HR projects.

4+ years of stable HR Coordinator's experience who are comfortable staying in an HR Coordinator role for a while. This would be a temp to hire opportunity.
