What You'll Do

โ€ข Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.

What We're Looking For

โ€ข Strong background in employee relations, recruiting, HRIS, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management.

โ€ข Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and Microsoft Office.

โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

โ€ข PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.

โ€ข Must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined by applicable U.S. export control regulations.
